Podere San Bartolomeo is located at an altitude of 300 metres and extends
on an area of more than 50,000 square meters between a green area of oaks and olive trees, overlooking the Valdera and the wooded area of Chianni.
The former farmhouse ( therefore Podere ) is immersed in the tranquillity of the Tuscan countryside, located in a panoramic setting with an exceptional view that stretches from the plain Pisa to the hill of the famous Volterra, a town that was one of the twelve main towns of the of the Etruscan confederation.
Podere San Bartolomeo is your starting point to the cities of art and

historical and natural beauty of the region. Proximity to Pisa International Airport, just 50 minutes away, makes it easy to reach from all corners of the world.

There are 2 houses offered for rent: Casadipietra (Podere san Bartolomeo) and Chiodiantico (Podere san Bartolomeo).

Casadipetra (Podere San Bartolomeo)

The second building further away from the main building is another single-storey house of approximately 112 m2, also with a covered relaxation area, barbecue and outdoor laundry room. The house is completely independent with separate access and parking area.
The entrance is into the large living room with kitchenette, fireplace and small
wine cellar. The hallway leads to two double bedrooms and a separate
bathroom with toilet.

Chiodoantico (Podere San Bartolomeo)

First property of about 69 m2, aside from the main house, with independent
access, consists of a romantic detached house with a covered veranda of
18 m2, within which there is a barbecue and a table for outdoor dining. Further
we enter the living room with kitchenette, fireplace and separate bathroom and toilet. The living area is connected to a mezzanine with a bedroom of
18 m2. At the back there is a separate laundry room. Parking is by the house.
